How do you pay?
Your quote lists each stage, what you get, and what you pay when it’s done. You only pay for work that’s finished and working, never for hours.
- First chatA short talk and a written summary of how you work now. Nothing to pay yet.
- Plan and priceWe write the plan and your fixed price. First payment when you accept the quote.
- BuildPaid in the stages your quote sets out, each once that part is working.
- TestingWe test everything before launch. Anything that fails is fixed at no extra cost.
- LaunchThe last payment is due when the system goes live.

What’s included, and what isn’t
In every quote
- The written specification (the plan the quote is based on).
- Design and every line of code, written from scratch. No templates, no page builders.
- Something that works at the end of every stage.
- Testing before launch, and the launch itself.
- The code, and the rights to it.
Paid to other companies, not us
- Web hosting, your web address and email, in your own accounts.
- Card payment fees.
- Any outside software or subscriptions the system relies on.
Questions about price
How much does an Ozwebnet build cost?
One fixed price, agreed in writing before we build. No hourly rate. The price depends on how much we have to build, not the technology.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit up front. Your first payment is due when you accept the written quote.
What if I want to change something during the build?
We price the change in writing first (a written variation) and only build it once you say yes. After launch, each change is its own small fixed job.
Are hosting and my web address included?
Not by us. Web hosting, your web address and any outside services are billed to you directly, in your own accounts. Nothing is tied to us.
Is GST added?
No. Ozwebnet isn't registered for GST, so none is added. If that ever changes it will be a separate line on your quote.
Can I stop part-way?
Yes. Every stage ends with something that works. Stop after any stage, pay for the stages done, and keep what has been built.
