Every Ozwebnet build — a website, a web application, an online store, a data platform or an integration — is priced as one fixed quote, set in writing at the specification stage after a short scoping conversation. The quote is staged against five milestones and paid milestone by milestone. There is no hourly meter, and the source code and IP are included.

- One price for the whole build, set before work starts. It does not move unless you change the specification.

- Paid against the five milestones. Each ends with a working system; stop at any milestone and keep what has been built.
- INCLUDED
- The source code, with the IP assigned to you, and a working build at every milestone along the way.

How is a fixed quote paid?
The quote names each milestone, what it delivers, and the share of the price due when it is delivered. You pay for what has been built and works, milestone by milestone, and never for time. The exact shares are set in your quote; the shape is always the same.
Ozwebnet is not registered for GST (ABN Lookup, September 2026), so no GST is added to a quote. If that changes, GST will be shown as a separate line on the quote.

The number of workflows (jobs, approvals, quotes, rosters) and the steps in each; how many kinds of user and permission; the reporting screens; the systems it must connect to; whether it must run in the field on a phone.
Online stores
The size and complexity of the catalogue (variants, bundles, trade pricing); the payment gateway; the fulfilment flow (pick lists, dispatch, returns); connections to warehouse, accounting or point of sale; customer accounts.
Data platforms & reporting
The number of source systems and how each exposes its data; the matching rules that make the figures agree; the number of reports and dashboards and who they are for; scheduled delivery.

Questions about price
RFI-01How much does a build cost?
Every build is priced as one fixed quote, set in writing at the specification stage after a short scoping conversation, staged against five milestones and paid milestone by milestone. There is no hourly meter.
RFI-02Is there a deposit?
Payment follows the milestones set out in the quote; the first payment is due at the milestone the quote names, not before the specification is agreed.
RFI-03What if the scope changes during the build?
A change to the written specification is priced as a written variation before it is built. Nothing is added to the price without a variation you have agreed to.
RFI-04Are hosting and domains included?
The quote names what is included. Hosting, domains and third-party services are billed by their providers to you, in your own accounts, so nothing is tied to us.
RFI-05Is GST added?
