What software does a retail or hospitality business already run?
Most run a till with a roster app, bookings, delivery apps and Xero or MYOB around it. The gaps are between them: stock counted in one place and sold in another, takings retyped into the books.
Lightspeed (Vend)
Till, menus, stock and supplier orders, one shop or many. It won’t run your website or put sales beside wages.
Shopify
Online store and, with Shopify POS, the counter. Its themes decide the look; we build stores in your own design.
Deputy
Rosters and timesheets on staff phones. It knows the roster, not the takings, so wages against sales means a spreadsheet.
ResDiary and OpenTable
Table bookings, waitlists and deposits. Linking the book to your till, customer list or function enquiries is work we do.
Uber Eats, DoorDash and Menulog
Delivery and pickup orders, each on its own tablet. We put every order on one screen and keep one menu.
Xero and MYOB
Your books: sales, payroll and BAS. They record what the till sold once someone posts it. We make that automatic.
The weekly spreadsheet
Takings, wages, bookings and stock, copied from everything above each week. It’s where the numbers meet. We replace it.

Questions before you call
How much does custom software for a shop or venue cost?
A site with your menu and bookings is a small build; an ordering page, a stock app and a daily report is a bigger one. Either way it’s one fixed price in writing, paid in five stages.
Do we have to replace Square, Lightspeed or Shopify?
No. We connect to the till you keep: the store sends orders to it, the reports read from it and the takings post to your books, so a sale is rung up once and typed nowhere else.
Who owns the software when it is finished?
You do. The ordering page, the stock app or the reports are handed over with the code and the rights, so they stay yours if you change till, roster or booking software later.
Can one build cover several venues or stores?
Yes. A group is one build: a website with a page per site, reports with a line per site and a link to the till at each, so you see the sites side by side without a spreadsheet.
